Conditions

i. if the client is established in the Netherlands or the region of Flanders, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery for the Technology Industry, filed at the registry of the court in The Hague on April 16, 2010 under number 29/2010 (FME/CWM);

ii. if the client is established outside the area referred to under a, including the regions of Wallonia and Brussels, the General Terms and Conditions for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products, as drawn up by Orgalime, in Brussels in March 2012 (Orgalime S2012);

iii. the Master Service Agreement for the provision of post-delivery services specifically for the provision of development, service, training and maintenance services;

a copy of which is attached to this agreement and of which you confirm proper receipt and acceptance by signing. Any general terms and conditions used by you are expressly rejected. If and insofar as the provisions of the applicable general terms and conditions referred to under a or b conflict with the provisions of the commercial terms and conditions, the latter provisions will prevail. This inconsistency does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the applicable general terms and conditions.
